Email not updating for last 2 days.

Email account has not updated the last two days. I see others are having this problem. What is the fix?

can you please clarify? server says its sending emails to your inbox. Are you checking the webmail or outlook/macmail/thunderbird

I have experienced similar issues.  My account on my computer hasn't updated in 2 days, but they are visible on my phone.  How do I fix this?
