Email not sending from iphone.

This is the third time I am entering this. My iPhone is not sending email. I checked the settings. I changed the password. I turned my phone on and off. I deleted the account and re-entered it. The error says that the password or name is incorrect which is clearly wrong since I entered them into this form. Please help
