Email not loading

Hi! I have been having issues with my email since Saturday/Sunday at first I thought it was the internet because I was at a friends house when I started noticing this but when I got home the same thing was happening. I wasn't getting notified of my emails. When I checked my email it would try to load/update my new mail then completely shut down the app. I tried and downloaded the xfinity app to then have the same thing happen again. I went online to the website and tried from the just have it try to load and then time out because nothing was happening. Getting upset that I can't look at my email.

Hello user_def983 what email access app are you using? Are you able to login into the Xfinity App/ other Apps(Xfinity Stream for example) without a problem? When accessing via the web, have we tried clearing cache/cookies, different browsers, or incognito(private) browsing?

Hi yes I have done all trouble shooting issues from clearing the cache/cookies to going to different devices and downloaded the xfinity app as well as going to the Xfinity website to check my email. Xfinity text me yesterday saying there was a problem in my area and are working on it. After about an hour or 2 after receiving that text message my email was working up until 3 to 4 hours ago. Same thing is happening again.

I am having the same issue. Can't access email on any device nor on the xfinity stream site.
