Email not loading - Just spinning!!
Hi,
I've called into xfinity twice now with no resolve. Every time they transfer me and verify my account, they still keep wasting time to ask me the same non-stop questions to verify my account with no assistance to my problem. My email keeps not loading on all platforms (Google Chrome, Edge, Firefox, my phone) and won't let me access it. I've changed my password twice. Still no results. Yesterday a Rep said they were doing an update on my email and that should fix the problem and they would call me back to check in 30 minutes but it's been another day and no call back. We have cleared all the the history/cookies/cache/tried different web browsers. I never log into the email, so I had a lot of emails in my inbox. I even deleted all of those I could access incase it was a storage issue. I still cannot log in!!

@user_dlpzbq That would be quite a frustrating experience not being able to access your email account after working with tech support multiple times. Is the spinning happening on multiple devices or just a specific one? How are you attempting to access your Comcast email?
