email not displaying properly

I am having problems with my email not displaying properly and have been for quite some time.  This happens on my laptop and also my Android phone.  I'm using Google Chrome for my web browser, but have the same problem with Microsoft Edge.  When I forward these unreadable emails to another email service provider everything displays as it should.  Seems like a Comcast issue.  I've been using Comcast for years and had this issue once before.  It was resolved, but don't know what was done to fix it. Very frustrating!

I think they have done something with the email. I have been having real problems with log in all of a sudden and then I get black banners, designs, ect. I have disabled Ublock, Privacy Badger and still the same. Some log in links do not work. At the bottom of the pages, I see a new cookie menu. Someone from Comcast should respond to these posts regarding email, but no one so far has.

Can one of you post a screenshot of just what it is you are looking at? (don't post any personal information)  Comcast hasn't made any recent changes to the email that I know of.  I just tried signing into the webmail, and using Vivaldi, Safari, and Firefox so far, I am not seeing anything unusual.  Have you tried a different browser just as a check?

@XfinityEmilyB I'm in Direct Messaging and have completed the message, but don't see anything to click on to send this to Xfinity Support.  What am I missing?
