Email not being reached

I can not get all of my emails only old stuff my main email not reachable. I'm switching to gmail

I know how important it is to have access to your email communication, and know it can be frustrating when not being able to utilize your email. I'd definitely like to investigate further if you're still having issues with your email, if you are still experiencig this would be helpful:

- Are you using a 3rd party email client?
- Are you not able to access your email here: https://www.xfinity.com/email

If you're able to log in, but emails are missing. You can attempt to see if any can be recovered following the steps outlined here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/recover-deleted-email

Please follow up at your convenience if you still need assistance.

https://xfinity.com/email takes you to a page that will invite you to migrate to Yahoo! Mail.

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite should take you to your regular email without the invite.
