EMail non functional

I have an issue with a couple of email addresses. They have not received new messages for months. When I tried to call comcast, I was hacked and scammed. Issue. I can access the Comcast email thru the xfinity app, but they do not show and new emails. Interestingly if I send an email to that address that was marked for forwarding, it gets forwarded but never shows up as a Comcast e-mail. If I have to re-configure the account on another program, I will.  The customer service bot is totally useless. How do I reach someone who can help?
