Email name defaults to All Caps and want to change that

Question

I want to make my name in e-mails just have capital letter for first letter of first name and last name.  I can not find anywhere how to do that.  Currently all my emails come from DERRAN [Edited: 'Personal Information'] which is very awkward.

Good morning derran. Appreciate the question, and understand how that would be something you want to change. Here is how you would modify that.  Update Account Profile NameLog into the Xfinity Account Settings page.Go to Xfinity ID and Security.Click Change display name or Edit Name next to your profile information to update how your name appears across your profile.
