Left_ Oh no, that's definitely frustrating when your emails suddenly disappear! Thank you for reaching out via our Xfinity Community Forums about this issue. 

I can imagine how unsettling it must be to sign in and find everything gone.

To help me figure out what might be happening, could you tell me a little more about how you're checking your email?

  • Are you signing in directly through Xfinity.com?

  • Or are you using an email client like Outlook, Apple Mail, or Thunderbird?

The more details you can provide, the quicker we can work towards getting your emails back!
