I'm just starting with Comcast and started a migration of my email from the old company to Comcast via their import thing. I got it started. Then clicked on "Go to email". All it does is take me to the home page. When I click on the little envelope up at the top of the home page it says it is opening my email and then.......takes me to the home page.
Is it that it can't load the email app until there is email in it? I would think that it could still open it up even if the inbox was completely empty.
