Email migration from Comcast email to Yahoo

The switch to Yahoo email was described as an upgrade.  That convinced me that at a minimum, I would have the same services that Comcast had provided.  I have since discovered that, although Comcast provided email forwarding as part of the service, Yahoo will charge $5.99 per month for it.  What a ripoff, and fraud on your customers.  Had I been aware of the bait and switch, I never would have made the transfer.  Please do something for your long time customers that is helpful, not harmful.

Good morning user_qj2xj0. I hope that you are enjoying your Thursday so far. I'm sorry to read that setting up email forwarding is a paid service with yahoo. I migrated my email addresses a few months back, but I haven't taken the time to manage settings like that. With yahoo offering their mail app, I haven't needed to forward to another address to easily access my email. What email address are you forwarding to? Instead of forwarding you may be able to utilize that account as a email client. The settings for email clients are here: https://help.yahoo.com/kb/new-yahoo-mail/SLN36803.html
