Email Looping Issue

I'm trying to access an old comcast email account that was set up under an account that no longer has services. I am able to log into the account but when I click the email icon, it loops me back to the xfinity home page. I've been on the phone with customer service several times and been passed to tier 2 and 3 customer service. Tier 3 customer service said that my email has to be linked to an account with paid services so I linked it to a sibling's account who pays for internet. I have tried several browsers, several devices, I've cleared my cookies / cache / saved passwords, tier 2 customer service has run a data synchronization, and nothing has worked. During my last call, I was promised that I would receive a call from tier 3 customer service (this isn't the first time I was promised this, they never call) and I have not gotten a call back and the email looping issue still exists. Please help.

I'm trying to access an old comcast email account that was set up under an account that no longer has services.

If that account no longer has services, the email account no longer exists and most likely can't be restored.  That also means that any email that was left in that account has been deleted as well.
