Email Looping Issue
I'm trying to access an old comcast email account that was set up under an account that no longer has services. I am able to log into the account but when I click the email icon, it loops me back to the xfinity home page. I've been on the phone with customer service several times and been passed to tier 2 and 3 customer service. Tier 3 customer service said that my email has to be linked to an account with paid services so I linked it to a sibling's account who pays for internet. I have tried several browsers, several devices, I've cleared my cookies / cache / saved passwords, tier 2 customer service has run a data synchronization, and nothing has worked. During my last call, I was promised that I would receive a call from tier 3 customer service (this isn't the first time I was promised this, they never call) and I have not gotten a call back and the email looping issue still exists. Please help.
