email login

I can't login to my comcast based email anymore. Any attempt reroutes me to the faq about the email migration. I never received any invitation for the migration and now see no way to access my email at all.

user_18nkjv, hello there. Thanks for reaching out. I totally understand your concern. Getting your emails is important. Can I ask, when was the last time you actually accessed your emails?

For this email it has been about 8 months and for the other it has been about 3 months

I usually use them with the mail program so more recently if that counts, the estimates I gave are just for going to the xfinity website itself

While using an email program like Outlook is great for accessing your Xfinity email, we do still recommend logging into our main Xfinity Email site every 90 days to keep this service active. Our Comcast Customer Security Assurance Team are experts in the field of email access and networking, and can absolutely help gain access to the email inbox again(if it is still active)

This doesn't really help explain why there is no way to login. There is something broken with your website. I am not even given a place to login, it just redirects to the FAQ. I will try the number but can you please tell me how anyone can login if the website lacks that option?

user_18nkjv, if the account has been inactive in that time frame, I am afraid that the email could be gone. I do understand your frustrations. Have you attempted to use another browser? It works for which is why I am asking. However, reaching out to our CSA team, they could assist with the reactivation if it has been deactivated.
