email list headers question

My email list page has 3 header lines: 1) the Xfinity connect line with my name and the gear on it   2) The Compose line with the icons on it     3) "All" with an arrow down and "Sort" with an arrow down. My question, can I change these 3 header lines to see 2 lines instead  of 3?  I would like the line with 'all' and 'sort'  to be on the second header line if possible .  Is that possible? If not, can I make this third header line smaller, so as to take up less room? Thanks in advance.
