Email link from homepage simply redirects back to homepage

Hello,

 

I'm unable to view my xfinity email.  If I click the email link from xfinity.com, after briefly showing an Appsuite page I am then redirected back to the homepage.  This happens across multiple different browsers as well as every machine I've tried.

 

Is this some kind of account issue?  Any help would be most appreciated.

Unfortunately that link also redirects back to xfiniity.com homepage

Try deleting all cookies from xfinity.com and see if that helps.

Deleting cookies does nothing.  I also have this issue across multiple browsers and machines.  I believe it is an account issue.

I am having the same issue. Did this issue ever get resolved?

I have tried multiple browsers (laptop & phone). A different account on the same devices is able to view webmail, just one account I am having issues displaying  webmail for several days.  I can access email via a 3rd party app on phone but not on browser via webmail icon on my.xfinity.com 

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue.  Whether on PC or mobile, Chrome or Edge, it doesn't matter.  This is the worst email service to have ever existed and I had a Hotmail account.

I had the same problem and when I talked to a Xfinity agent, they resolved it for me. It was something about linking my Xfinity ID to my account
