Email issues

I have been having a problem with my email for months on my iPhone. I’ve checked all the settings. I have third-party app set up in my Xfinity mail. I’ve restarted my router, but I still get asked to enter my password and then it tells me it’s the wrong password or it tells me that my IP is blacklisted. The problem stopped for a while and then it just started up again. I have tried everything that I have read about in these forms and nothing seems to work And it only happens when I’m on Wi-Fi

i've been receiving X-Finity messages that I don't trust , but in fact i should be taking action on.  i need to speak to someone about this.

I understand email access issues can be frustrating, I know if my email is not working for me, I feel a bit lost. Let's see what we can do to help you. Thank you for listing the steps you have already tried, that is always a big help in troubleshooting.

A few questions first: 

Have you tried through the Xfinity app and/or xfinity.com?

You mentioned a 3rd party app, is that for your email, or is it using your email?

When you are using your password, do you mean your Xfinity password, or your network password?

Any other steps you have already tried, other than what you detailed?
