email issues

I am not receiving emails from a couple different applications that i am having to reset passwords.  not receiving the emails from those applications.  I have talked to the company in question and everything is good from their end but still not receiving.

Good Morning, @user_4tnf6m I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. I know how important it is to get those password reset emails. Do you get other emails from these senders, like account alerts, general reminders, or updates? Is this only with the password reset/recovery efforts, or do you notice other non-password-related emails not coming in as well?-Richard

@XfinityRichard​ i am not receiving password emails from a couple diffrent places.  as far as i know not receiving anything from these places.  One in particular...Bath and Body Works I talked to their customer service and they said my email and everything looked good on their end.  They tried to send out a reset and I did n't receive it either.
