Email issues

Not receiving emails on any of my devices. I can see them on Xfinity.com/emails. It says I am temporarily blacklisted up address. But this was two days ago. What’s going on??

Hey there user_hbbiqx.. So just to confirm you can send and receive emails through xfinity.com, but you are unable to receive them on 3rd party apps on mobile devices?
