Email issues

  What is going on with your Email server/program these past couple of months? First I was unable to log into my email via the home screen as it wouldn't even take me to the sign-in page.  I had to go through other steps to get there.  That issue finally appears to be resolved.  Now a new issue has popped up.  When I am at the sign-in step, it states that my ID is incorrect.  No it's not..it's the same Xfinity ID I have used for years.   Please don't tell me to clear my history, cookies, and cache.  I have done all of that.  There is obviously an issue on your end.  Please fix this issue.
