email issues

Today all of my emails in my Inbox have disappeared.  I've gotten a few new ones, but all the ones I had in my Inbox are gone.  What is the problem???

I am having this same issue! Have you been able to access support because I have had no luck with that?

I called the 800 number.  It took forever to get past the computer to a real person.  According to what the customer service rep told me, this was an issue for many customers.  They were able to restore my emails....sort of.  They put a new folder in my email that has over 800 emails in it!  It's going to take me hours to go through them all as many of them are duplicates of emails I deleted.

@user_pkympl​ I just looked at all those emails and they are all emails I have deleted over the last several months.  None of them were what were in my Inbox.  I'm going to call them again tomorrow.

Well, I called Comcast again today.  I spoke with 3 different people and, after 40 minutes on the phone, I was told that I was out of luck.  The missing emails are not recoverable.  I am so <Edited: Profanity>!!

@XfinityBrianH​ Nope, my question wasn't answered and the problem wasn't solved.  I simply don't understand how the emails in my Inbox just "disappeared."
