Email Issues
I have always been able to receive my emails on both the Xfinity website and my Mac/iPhone. Until a week ago (11/18/24) that it when it all changed, I now can't get any new emails on all of the platforms (xfinity website, Mac/iPhone). My mother who is on the same account also can't receive her emails for the last 2 weeks (11/1/24). Please let us know what we need to do as we need to receive our emails. Non of the settings have been changed so that is not the reason.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
