I’ve noticed I had not been getting emails. So I log onto xfinity and it tells me “for security purposes your account has been lock, please click change password” I click the button to find I’m not allowed to change it, call this number, I call the number to find a computer with no change password function… talk with a live rep, “sorry can’t talk to a live rep till you give your email” “ your email is locked” ….create new service ( oh wait there’s the email change password option). Can’t change password speak to a live rep. Finally talk to a live rep, who then reads down the line of questions on their computer before actually listening. Sent other email a code to allow access to change password. Logged into Comcast other email ( which by the way is not my personal email I set up as backup, was told it’s not there even tho I see it plan as day as personal email), wait can log into other email but…. That email stuck on “ we are now loading your email” loop. Me: please send code to personal. Can’t already sent. Sorry.
