Email issue

Changed password and still saying password incorrect. Tried on browsers and works with password just not in the app.

user_ewpk73, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I understand obtaining access to your account is very important and helping you get into it, is our goal. When you're able to login within internet browsers and not the application, that could indicate you may need to delete and reinstall the app and/or clear you cache and data from the application.
