E-mail issue: PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

Firefox user, can't access e-mails, always get the error message  PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR.  I am able to use Microsoft browser to get emails, but I prefer Firefox.  I cleared browser cache and rebooted.  Still have same problem.  On Microsoft, it opened the 2-factor authentication splash screen before taking me to the emails.  Perhaps the splash screen is causing the Firefox issue?

We have been experiencing the same issue the past couple of days on Firefox.  I believe it started on Tuesday.  Very annoying.

Same thing happening here since this morning. Can connect with Edge but Firefox gets this error. UBLock Origin does not show anything blocked.

I can't even log in to the Xfinity website on Firefox to get into my account because of this error. Xfinity needs to fix this.
(And even had to use Chrome to post this since I couldn't log into forums.)

@sbwinter2 to rule out a browser or Firefox issue have you tried accessing your account using Chrome or another browser?
