Email is not loading again.

Almost daily, I'm unable to access my emails either via my desktop or via the phone app.  Why is that?  It's very annoying and at time inconvenient not to have ready access to emails.  It eventually clears up.

My Xfinity email is not loading on my desktop. It will load on my iPhone but it is not updating.

Good afternoon user_mf110 being able to access your email is definitely important. I use it daily for personal, and professional use, so I understand need it to load every time. I do have a couple of questions to help me better understand the situation. Are you accessing your email through the Xfinity website, or through a 3rd-party application, like Outlook? Have you already attempted to clear your cookies and cache on the desktop? Have you changed your password at all recently? On your phone, are you using the Mail App for Android or Apple?

I am experiencing the same issues. 
I can get my comcast.net emails on the web browser at xfinity. 

And I can get my comcast.net emails on my phone (through gmail). 

But they will not load into my desktop Outlook. 

I have adjusted the settings per the instructions but nothing seems to work. 

ERROR: 
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for [Edited: "Personal Information"].' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for [Edited: "Personal Information"]t. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

@user_7d4v8y Sorry to hear about the trouble with your email. Here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email is a helpful article. We recommend clearing cache and cookies first. Then make sure the settings are set up correctly.
