Email is not displaying in my inbox

No email messages are coming to my inbox, whether I'm using the web client or the Mail app on my phone. Spam emails are displayed in the Spam folder.

Sorry to hear you haven't received any emails since 12/27, user_jd59rn! To get a better idea of the issue you're having, are you having problems receiving emails when signing in directly to the email site or when accessing your email address through a 3rd party email client?

@nfcmary Thanks for adding a post to the community. Sign in to your email using this https://www.xfinity.com/email page. It will ensure you use the official sign in, and direct you to Yahoo Email if it was upgraded.
