Email is not being delivered

I tried to send an email from my account and it's not working the person who i sent didn't receive anything! Help me please, thank you!

Does the message show up in your Sent folder?  Can you try sending a test message from your Comcast account to some other account you have like Yahoo or Gmail, etc?
