Email is gone - Error

I have been getting error for more than 36 hours. I have an inactive account but I have been logging in regularly. I was just logged in two day ago and mail was there. I can log into my account but I can only see this error and access my address book. I have tried logging from multiple devices including the comcast account I added to my gmail. That link has just quit working altogether. My wife has no issue with getting into her email account.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Forums Support. I appreciate all the information you have provided it is helpful, and I want to help ensure you're able to access your emails.
Have you tried clearing out your browser's cache/browsing history. When you have done that, close out the browser and re-start it in a fresh session. If that doesn't do it, then try using a different browser.
Also, you can keep your Comcast email account after services have been terminated. See here------

I have three Comcast email accounts from a previous service address that I access using Thunderbird and the mobile version of Outlook. Works just fine. Also, you are responding to a 4 month old thread, which I am closing. If you have an issue you want to get help with, please start a new thread.
