Hello, @user_30egbh thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums and creating a post. I know how important it is to be able to receive important email communications, and want to ensure this is able to get resolved. It sounds like you have already done the steps outlined here, but wanted to share this helpful document on clearing email storage space: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xconn-email-storage-limit
With you mentioning you received the email communication from a postmaster address, it sounds like this came from our Customer Security Assurance team. They do have a website you can visit if you're still experiencing email issues: https://spa.xfinity.com/help/advanced-security?faq=advanced-security > Postmaster.
Please let me know if that was helpful, or if your still experiencing issue with your email.

Messages in the Trash folder count against your storage limit, so if you have many emails or large emails there, you may need to delete them as well. Messages deleted from Trash move to the hidden Recovery folder, where they remain for 30 days and no longer count against the storage limit.
