Email Inbox Missing Emails

I signed onto the Xfinity site and signed on to get emails in my Inbox.  It was working yesterday.  All my emails appeared.

 

Today, I signed on w/my credentials, and none of my emails appear in any of my folders (Inbox, Send, Trash, etc.)  I tried to refresh emails and the same site, and nothing works.

 

I can still get emails on my iPhone which uses the "comcast.net" extension, but not via the xfinity site.

 

Any solutions?

How are you accessing the email on (presumably) your computer?  With only the website and a browser?  Or a desktop client like Outlook?  How are you accessing it on the phone?

Only the Xfinity website. I am on a friend’s laptop while on vacation. If I use his email client it enters him as the sender. I have used this method when I type longer emails and it’s worked fine. For some reason, it worked okay 2 days ago, but yesterday & today no downloads.
As for iPhone, I use my “Comcast.net” address and it works on the Apple email icon.
