Email Inaccessible

Xfinity email login page (https://connect.xfinity.com) is either broken or someone [Edited: Language] up and it’s continuously redirecting to a support article (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information). It’s a never ending loop and if you catch the login page before it redirects, you get a server error (“A required service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. SRV-0001”). This is a years-long issue that is either being ignored or insanely mismanaged. It doesn’t matter which browser, device, or connection is used. Cache and cookies have nothing to do with it either. This service is embarrassing and I regret giving these people my money.

I’ve DMed at least 10 times. Same redundant troubleshooting steps that go nowhere over and over and over again. This solves nothing. You know you have a problem and you refuse to resolve it. Problem continues to exist.
