Email Icon on Xfinity Homepage Gone!

What happened to the email icon on xfinity homepage? I just had to search and grope around  to find the login and check my email. Please put the email icon back visible on the homepage so you don't have to waste time trying to find it.

Thank You!

Were you signed in?  I just went to the page and yes, it's definitely different, but I signed in, and then click on the "person" icon which brought up a menu which had the email icon.

It took me forever to find out how to sign into my email.  Why would they get rid of the icon and make it so difficult?  This change was not for the better.  I hope enough people complain about it that they restore the icon.

You now have to click on the people icon and depending on the device scroll down to find the email icon. What is the problem with putting it back in the header where the people icon is?

Clicking the email icon also opens in a new window. I don't care for this either. I can decide when on my own when I want to open a new window.

I totally agree.  This is very upsetting, not to be able to access my comcast e-mail

@ednabomhoff Thank you for reaching out. I can understand the frustration. You are still able to check your email by clicking on the customer icon and scrolling down to email.

I no longer work for Comcast.

I don't care for multiple clicks and new windows opening to use my email. Who comes up with these ideas?

Before recent change, you'd go to xfinity/comcast homepage, click the email icon, be directed straight to email login and on to inbox and with no new windows opening.

Keep it simple for the user!

I agree. It’s terrible. I keep getting messed up too because if I am looking on the attachment, I close the window thinking I am closing the attachment, but I am closing the whole mail window. You would think attachments would actually open in a new window.

The new site design is just bad. As with everything Xfinity these days, the new site appears to be all about drive more sales rather than providing service. Best I can do is hope I get a halfway decent alternative in my neighborhood at some point so I can jump ship.
