Email help

I can not receive or send emails. 
I have tried everything, including going to the Apple Store for help. 
I have changed passwords numerous times , but after changing them they are not recognized

Good afternoon user_huxk7e. Where are you experiencing this issue with email. Are you on the xfinity.com website? Or are you on a third-party application like Mail for Apple, Outlook, or Mail for Android?

The issue was on all email sites. 
The problem must have been very complicated, it took 3 hours to solve over 2 days, speaking to 3 different people, the last one at a second level of security. 
It is baffling how complex the issue was, since I never did anything to cause my password being not recognized at any site.
