Email Help

My email sync is not working, i get this message:


Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for XXXXXXX1@comcast.net.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for XXXXXXXX@comcast.net. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Disable Antivirus Software (Temporarily):
  • Antivirus software can sometimes interfere with Outlook's ability to connect to the server. 
    Temporarily disable your antivirus software to see if it resolves the issue. 
If the error disappears, you may need to adjust your antivirus settings or consider using a different antivirus program.
