email help

Some of my email files have disappeared. Upon opening an email, it is very slow at fully opening and showing any graphics. Also, when I try to send an email, it interrupts me and prevents me from completing the email. Gives me the message:  "The Connection to remote server imap-east.ge.xfinity.com was refused or timed out while attempting to connect."  Please help

Hello,

Yes, I am still experiencing difficulties. I am able to send emails, however, many of my file folders have disappeared.

Also, when I go to open an email, it takes much longer than it did before to fully open up and to display any content photos.

I appreciate if you would look further into the problem.

user_4vczqv You are most welcome! We are happy to help in anyway we can. Can you please share what kind of device you are experiencing this on? Does it make a difference if you use a mobile device, verses a computer?
