email help
The email on my Mac suddenly produced an error message--
Temporarily blacklisted IP Address - try again later-- But I can still receive email, but not on my iPhone. Changed passwords on Xfinity several times but no luck.. Very strange, had a chat with tech support who said the issue would be looked at and resolved in a couple hours. Any one had this arise?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
