email help
2 of my 4 comcast.net email accounts stopped working on my Android devices. The other 2 accounts are fine. The system will not let me reauthenticate and even after removing the accounts, I still can't set them back up either auto or manually. It keeps giving me the message to reset my password. Then I click on that button and it says I have to call to get help resetting the passwords. When you call, you get an automated system that asks if the service is for home or business. You can't get thru to a human, and it keeps going around and around with this automated system. I know how to reset a password, so why do I have to call when there is no one on the other end to talk to? HOW do I get these email accounts to work again on my devices? As I said above, the other 2 comcast.net accounts are working fine.

Hi there, @user_luqec7 Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out regarding your Comcast.net email accounts not working on your Android devices, I definitley do apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this is causing you. As a person who lives on the phone and uses my phone to check my email, I understand how much of an inconvenience this is causing you. What is the Android device that you are currently trying to log into your email with?-Richard
