email help

2 of my 4 comcast.net email accounts stopped working on my Android devices. The other 2 accounts are fine. The system will not let me reauthenticate and even after removing the accounts, I still can't set them back up either auto or manually. It keeps giving me the message to reset my password. Then I click on that button and it says I have to call to get help resetting the passwords. When you call, you get an automated system that asks if the service is for home or business. You can't get thru to a human, and it keeps going around and around with this automated system. I know how to reset a password, so why do I have to call when there is no one on the other end to talk to? HOW do I get these email accounts to work again on my devices? As I said above, the other 2 comcast.net accounts are working fine.

Thank you Richard for trying to help me with this. Guess I'm not understanding how to do this. I use the Verizon email app that is already installed on the device. I've already gone into Apps, manage accounts, and then removed the non-working accounts. Then when I try to add an account, I go to Others and then find the email app that I'm using. Then, I put in the email address and I get the Xfinity "Let's go" button. Click on that, and it asks for the password, but that's where it shuts down. Doesn't allow me to do anything other than call Xfinity. And the number they list doesn't get you anywhere.
