Email help in Europe
Hello.
One of my email addresses ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) has been prevented from receiving email because his password needs to be changed. Unfortunately, both of us are in Europe and I can’t get on my home WiFi nor can I receive a text from Xfinity because I can’t add the +1 to my cellphone number to receive a text in Europe, so I can’t change the password. Could you please reinstate the [Edited: "Personal Information"] email account so that he can get his emails without having to change his password at this time.
This has come at a very unfortunate time and he won't be able to get emails for another 10 days if he has to change his password now. Thank you for your help.
