I HAVE AN EMAIL ACCIUNT

I have asked for over a week to get help I cannot get email from that account they say the password is wrong which it is not but I am willing to change password but it will not allow me to do that please I use this email for a little business I have CAB YOUY HELP they supposed put in a ticket but it still not working

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
