Email has been hacked twice already

My email has been hacked twice this summer already, and I changed my password twice already. And now, I believe my email has been recently hacked for a third time and I'm getting really scared.

Exactly what is going on that makes you think the account has been compromised?

My password had been changed twice without me knowing, and also many accounts linked to my email has been telling me to change my password because there is "suspicious activity" . One time it even showed where the sign-in location was at, and it was out of the country. I've never given out my password to anyone and now it's got me believing comcast has some serious security issues since I think I got hacked a third time recently because I got a email from a raunchy website saying that I signed up for an account, or maybe the hacker is just trolling me since I haven't gotten any "suspicious activity" emails lately. I really don't know what to do anymore

At any time before this started did you get a "click here" email telling you something with email was changing and you needed to click a link to sign in to make sure your email wasn't going to be canceled? or that there was an email upgrade you needed to sign in about?

No, I never clicked on any email saying those kind of things. I only noticed when my email was compromised when I had a mojang account not work anymore. And then, I realized I wasn't getting any updated email on my phone so I went into Xfinity and I changed my password
