email going to trash

All of my EMail is going directly to trash instead of my inbox for a couple years now.  This is not related to a third party software like Thunderbird or Outlook.  I can not find any filters or even a filter drop down in my EMail settings when logging in via a web browser.  How can I fix this issue or is it an admin setting that needs to be fixed by Xfinity that I have no access to?
