email going to trash

All of my EMail is going directly to trash instead of my inbox for a couple years now.  This is not related to a third party software like Thunderbird or Outlook.  I can not find any filters or even a filter drop down in my EMail settings when logging in via a web browser.  How can I fix this issue or is it an admin setting that needs to be fixed by Xfinity that I have no access to?

Thanks for posting on our Community Forums, user_s8fjpz.  I'm sorry to hear your emails are being sent to the trash folder. Is this happening with all of your emails? Have you checked our email deletion settings article for more information? You can also check how to manage email filters or spam filters HERE. It's possible the emails are being marked as spam if they are automatically being deleted.
