Email going to Spam folder that isn't Spam
My husband's work email is going to my Spam folder and for the life of me I cannot reverse this action. I have marked it as "Not Spam" and created two separate rules (four total) on the Comcast side and on the Outlook side but nothing works.

In my scenario my husband forwarded me an email from someone else that went to spam, and since then I have not been able to reverse all of his emails going to spam.
