Email going directly to Trash
Why after so many years of corresponding with an address now all of a sudden when they reply to me it goes to my trash folder and not my in box. I have made no changes to anything so why is this happening.

user_uso0eh thank you for reaching out today, are you using the web client for the email through Xfinity or a third party application? Do you also notice this issue with other senders?
