Email: getting "Permanent Error" when sending

trying to email a couple people from the same organization; see errors below. the smtp response gets cutoff. is this comcast side or recipient side?

I am able to email the same recipients from a gmail account

using my comcast email to send email to a frequent recipient...keeps coming back as "permanent error" message???? [Edited: "Language"]

Good morning, @user_151570, and thank you for reaching out through our online platform for assistance with your email recently! Have you had the opportunity to check the link above your post that our awesome Community expert, @Again, posted? Generally, errors of this nature are on the receiver's side in how they have their inbox set up, or protections from their organization etc. There's some great info in that link on what you can do.

Yesterday I started receiving Mailer Daemon messages every time I tried to Forward a message from my HOA to my sister. I don’t get this message when I just write and send a regular email. I also forwarded a different email to her with no problem. Until yesterday, I had no problem forwarding the HOA messages to her. What is a solution for this?
