Email from specific address sent directly to TRASH, not spam
In the last month, very suddenly any email I get from the New York Times is sent directly to my trash, not spam. I get several newsletters sent from the New York Times that I read regularly and have been getting them without trouble until the last few weeks. I deleted all of my filter rules, I tried both enabling the spam filter and disabling the spam filter and it makes no difference. These emails still go to trash.
When I called Comcast, the representative insisted this was a third-party application at fault. I told him I am using connect.xfinity.com to retrieve my mail, not a third party application. I got nowhere with this representative. I am thoroughly frustrated because this seems to be clearly an issue with Xfinity. What do I do to get it fixed? Here is the address of the sender.
