Email from one sender not making it through. What can I do to get these emails?

Hi, if email from one specific sender isn't making it through to my inbox, what are the settings I can look at to try to remedy this? Is there a bulk mail folder somewhere? Are there spam settings I can control? Are there other things to check? Finally, is there a way to whitelist a sender without turning on the Safe Sender setting (Safe Sender setting seems to be all or nothing approach)?

If the emails are being sent to the webmail Spam folder at https://connect.xfinity.com/, the whitelist function described at https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/Email-Web-Browsing/Address-Book-Exemption/m-p/3368877#M220644 should help. If they are being blocked completely, you'll need help from @ComcastCSAEmail, another employee, or from Comcast Security Assurance at 1-888-565-4329 (from https://internetsecurity.xfinity.com/help/report-abuse/). Note that this is NOT one of the general customer service numbers.

The first-line reps there are sometimes not very helpful, so you may need to be persistent and keep at them until you get a satisfactory answer.
