Email from employer not being delivered

This is happening with mail from my employer. I sometimes get it and sometimes don't. I've been using my comcast.net email with them for over a decade and just recently some of their mail isn't reaching me. I spent a lot of time on the phone with XFinity, but this still isn't resolved. Please help ASAP! Thank you.

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Do you know if your employer's emails are getting bounced back as "undeliverable," or are they just never showing up? Have you already gone through and checked your filters, spam settings, etc., to confirm nothing was being unintentionally mis-categorized?

I've checked filters, spam settings, etc. I'm told the messages are being blocked, but I don't know the exact text of the message they're getting. I'll ask them. This is a recent problem. I've been using the same address with them for over a decade. Some messages do get through, but I'm missing some assignment emails, which is not good!

I check there, and the messages in question are not there in any folder. I also use GMail and Thunderbird, and they're nowhere to be found.

I asked them but haven't heard back yet. Online they just say:

Email Delivery Issue

Your email provider is blocking messages from <company>. Please contact your email provider or add <domain> to your whitelist.
