email from Brother always goes to Spam. How to whitelist?

When my brother send me an email it always goes to the Spam folder.  How to white list and don't send me to the Customer Security Page as that is useless.

Hello, @wishthiswaseasyno thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I'd definitely like to look into the email concern further, to confirm do you have any spam filters set up that may route emails to that box; https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience

@wishthiswaseasyno thank you for confirming you don't have any spam filters set up. Is the email address in question set up in your email address book: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/delete-contact-universal-address-book

We also have safe connect list you can update emails to: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-connect-safe-list

I found another post that mentioned similar issues of emails going to spam folders unintentially and here were some steps outlined to fix:

  1. Review spam settings in Xfinity webmail under Settings > Email > Advanced Settings.
  2. Mark legitimate emails in the Spam folder as “Not Spam”.
  3. Add the email and your own email address to the Safe Senders list.
  4. Double-check that both email addresses are correctly saved in your address book.
  5. Change your Xfinity email password and review recent login activity.
