email forwarding
Has email forwarding changed? I have it set up and I know it used to work. But recently I noticed that emails might not be getting forwarded. So I sent myself an email and it was NOT forwarded to the email I had set up. I just now turned off email forwarding and then set it up again and typed the forwarding email address again. But still NO forwarding. Any ideas?

Are you still logging in to connect.xfinity.com/appsuite to get your email?
Remove the forwarding address, then clear your cache and cookies. Log out of your email and then close your browser. Then start a new session and try to set up forwarding again. Post back your results.
