Email Folders Under Xfinity Account

I am on Firefox right now and logged into My Account on the ISP home page.  After doing a Search on a folder, I could not find the scroll bar, which did not appear until I opened a particular message.  Why?  Having to locate something quick, I don't need this.  I should have mentioned that this is on Windows 10.

Was the scroll bar there before you did the search?  You can always do a ctrl + or ctrl - to enlarge or reduce your screen until you seen the scroll bar.

@likeitisteller that you for posting in the awesome Xfinity Forums community. There are many great people here to help with all of your questions. I have been trying to duplicate the issue with my own private mail account and have been unable to do so thus far. I want to make sure I understand that I am looking for the right issue.

What I have been looking for is a missing scroll bar when I select a certain folder for example "tickets" which lets say I had created for some reason. Then I search that folder and the list of emails I received has countless results from my favorite bands and sporting events which is too long to fit on the screen. At this point I would need the scroll bar to scroll down to see the stuff at the bottom. But that is missing, unless I were to select a message, and after that it would appear. Does this sound like the issue?

I know you said this happens in Firefox-- have you ensured the browser is up-to-date? Have you tried other browsers like Edge, Chrome, Safari, etc.?

Friends and neighbors, I should not have neglected this post.  I think it was a false alarm where the Search only produced a few hits.  So, there was no need to display a scroll bar.  Thanks to all who answered.
